This study aimed at establishing the condition monitoring method and trend control method using the fuzzy cluster analysis for condition diagnosis of rotating machinery. In this paper, cluster analysis method based on fuzzy theory is proposed to diagnose the condition of rotating machinery. The method is applied to diagnose the abnormal states of a centrifugal pump. In this paper, the results of measuring the vibration and diagnosis by the fuzzy cluster analysis for a centrifugal pump are reported.
